Do I need to be home during the session?
Not necessarily! Most of our clients prefer to be out of the house so they can return to a transformed space. However, for initial Paperwork Purges or Estate Preps, we may need a brief 15-minute "decision session" at the start to understand your priorities.
Do I need to buy bins and organizers before you arrive?
Please don’t! One of the biggest mistakes is buying containers before knowing what you’re keeping. We will assess your space first and can either shop for you or provide a curated shopping list of products that fit your style and budget.
Do you take my unwanted items with you?
Yes! As part of our service, we provide one carload of donation drop-offs per session. We’ll even provide you with the tax receipt. For larger estate clean-outs, we can coordinate with professional junk removal or auction partners on your behalf.
Is there a minimum commitment for recurring services?
To see the best results, we recommend a 3-month commitment for our Quarterly or Monthly plans. This allows us to truly refine your systems and ensure they are sticking. However, you can pause or adjust your plan at any time with 14 days' notice.
